How should I describe a fit problem when requesting a skirt exchange?
Compare your observations with the product's published measurement guidance. Distinguish waist fit concerns from hip or length concerns.
What should I consider when choosing a skirt with a shaped waistband?
Consider whether the upper edge rests comfortably while seated. Consider how a tucked shirt affects the available waist room.
What should I look for in a skirt waistband for comfortable wear?
Consider whether you prefer a firm waistband or a more flexible construction for your usual activities. Avoid assuming that a labeled size guarantees the same waistband fit as another garment from your wardrobe.
