Description

2023 Les Bottes Rouges Arbois 'Tot ou Tard' Poulsard, Jura, France Cota 45 Thinking that I wanted a Christophe et Fils Thinking that I wanted a bit of that bright fruit lift without going fully into the jolly rancher spectrum and I also didn't want too much stem character on a wine that I anticipated being a bit on the lean side though measuring just 1 3 week maceration then pressed into 600L barrique 100% poulsard planted to clay from the lieu dit La Mulatière
