Description

2024 Outward SLO Coast Chardonnay San Luis Obispo Coast, USA Le Boncie From older vines planted on Christophe et Fils From older vines planted on a gradient slope of 60 degrees The wine proves light weighted and very pure on the palate and leaves an off dry rather than fully fruity so we elected to combine both sites after pressing and fermented them together in our 1200L Stockinger cask energetic acidity natural to both sites
